I’ve been working on gaining about 10-15 lbs of muscle. Here is a smoothie recipe I make on the days I hit the gym. It’s full of high fat and nutrient dense ingredients.
Total Calories - 805
Total Fat - 50.2
Total Protein- 12.9
1 large Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen Soursop
1/3-1/2 cup Coconut milk
2 TBSP Honey Golden Seamoss Gel
Handful of Brazil nuts (about 9) or 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1-2 cups Coconut water
1 cup Kale
1/4 cup Oats
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well !
