Afya Ibomu is a powerhouse in the world of plant-based living. A certified Holistic Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science degree in her field (Nutrition/Dietetics), she's been a passionate about holistic plant based living since 1990.

Afya isn't just an expert; she's also a prolific author. Her book, "The Vegan Remix! A Soulful Spin On World Cuisine," was lauded as one of the best vegan cookbooks by Vegetarian Times Magazine. Another creation, "The Vegan Soul Food Guide to the Galaxy," received a nomination for a prestigious African American Literary Award. She's also written the "Get Your Crochet On!" series for crafting enthusiasts and co-authored "Eat Plants Lift Iron."
