Golden Moss (Milk) Recipe

 Do you need a new way to use Seamoss? Well check out this Home Ec Honey   twist on a classic Ayurvedic drink GOLDEN MILK!

 GOLDEN MILK is super healing and helps to:
  -reduce pain and inflammation
  - boost immunity
  - improve brain and memory function &
  - protect against heart dis-ease

  We’ve also added our Honey Golden Seamoss to the drink for a a double dose      of healthy goodness 😊


  Seamoss will:
   - soothe and heal your digestive and respiratory tracts &
   - boost your vitamin and mineral content

 

ingredients:

2 cups non dairy milk ( I use oat or hemp)

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice 

1 pinch black pepper

1/4 cup of our Honey Golden Seamoss gel (prepared)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Add 2 cups of milk to a small pot. leaving about 2 tbsp of milk remaining for next step. warm milk on low/ medium heat. do not boil.

2. Add turmeric, pumpkin spice and black pepper to remaining milk and mix well. 

3. Add spice mixture and remaining ingredients to pot and mix well.

4. Warm without boiling for 5 minutes.

Drink warm
